Energy Performance Certificates
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a document that shows how energy-efficient a property is. It gives the building a rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and includes recommendations on how to improve its energy performance. EPCs are required for most properties when they are built, sold or rented.
